Blake Sy Silver

Blake Sy Silver, the son of Allison and Jeffrey Silver of Plano, was born Jan. 31, 2003 at Medical Center of Plano. He weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

Blake's Hebrew name, Zev Shalom, is in memory of Bill Bogatz, paternal grandfather, and Sy Strauss, maternal uncle.

His grandparents are Shirley and Arnie Narzem of West Palm Beacfh, Fla.; Myrna Silver and Bob Quat of Dallas; and Judee and Bill Silver of La Jolla, Calif. His great-grandmother is Freida Silver of Forest Hills, N.Y.
